From Waste to Energy – The CBG Journey
Feedstock Collection
Organic feedstock such as Napier grass, agricultural residue, cattle dung, and organic waste is collected and prepared to ensure uniform digestion and higher methane yield.
Anaerobic Digestion
Prepared feedstock is processed in advanced CSTR anaerobic digesters, where microorganisms break down organic matter in an oxygen-free environment to generate biogas.
Gas Purification
Raw biogas undergoes multi-stage purification including removal of H₂S, CO₂, and moisture to obtain high-purity methane suitable for CBG production.
Compression
Purified biogas is compressed into vehicle-grade Compressed Biogas (CBG) using high-pressure compressors, fully compliant with SATAT and PESO norms.
Storage and Distribution
Purified and compressed CBG is stored in high-pressure cascades or cylinders and supplied to fueling stations, industries, or gas grid infrastructure.
Byproducts
The digestion process produces nutrient-rich digestate, which is converted into high-quality organic bio-fertilizers for sustainable agriculture.
